| May 31, 2009 Went to the Getty Villa to their annual Family Festival. The girls made and worn crowns from olive branches and laurel. We Tell Stories performed the life, death and 12 labors achieved of the Greek god, Hercules. Read more about this fun and educational Outing. |
| June 6, 2009 A great family outing is a drive up to Lake Arrowhead and explore The Village. The Lollipop Park offers go-carts, swings, a mini-pirate ship and small merry- go-round. Water skiing lessons are available and don't forget to take a 50- minute tour of the lake aboard the Arrowhead Queen. |

| June 7, 2009 Lake Arrowhead is very dog friendly. Most of the stores at The Village have water bowls outside for thirsty four-legged friends. The Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa allows dogs 25 pounds and under to vacation with their people. Upon check-in our family pooch received a bag with doggie treats. |
| June 6, 2009 At 7:30 pm we went down to the beach at the Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa to listen to a Fireside talk and roast marshmallows. Ben, the mountain man taught us how to light a fire without matches and told us a spooky folklore story about mythical creatures who lived in the Lake Arrowhead mountains. Click her to read more |

| June 14, 2009 Went to the 2nd annual Friends of Greystone Family Festival at Greystone Park. This 81 year old mansion is just over 46,000 sq. ft. Once a year this festival takes place on the grounds and guests can tour the downstairs. Pink's served hot dogs and Milk served cookies and ice-cream. Another opportunity to see Greystone is by attending the theater production of The Manor. Guests follow actors upstairs and downstairs the Mansion to witness some true events that happened at this Los Angeles landmark. |
